of item as a refund in case of any damage or loss of article. In case of refund, the item under dispute will be confiscated by the company.

applicable only for the orders for which payment is made through the Presswale mobile app.
Order value of item refers to the processing cost for the item after discount as per the presswale Invoice.
Customers are requested to examine garments at the time of delivery. All damages, loss or quality issue must be reported before delivery. Any complaints received after of delivery will be null and void and will not be covered under this program.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Courts in sonipat only.
Cancelation or return refund Policy.
• Order will not be canceled during order processing and refund will not be given
• Sundays and holidays will not be counted while processing refunds.
• Customer can order cancel before order pickup. Payment will be refunded within 3 days after order cancellation.
• Any quality issues please report to PressWale helpdesk. When your problem is solved. Payment process will start. Payment will be sent to your account within 3 days.
• Once we receive your written request, we will respond to you as quickly as possible along with details of your refund, where applicable. Please note that additional information may be requested to assist us in issuing refunds. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund on your bank details (or original payment method). Depending on your card issuer's policies, you will receive a credit in three business days.
